Dan Hunter is the Executive Dean of the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London. He was previously the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Law at Queensland University of Technology and the Founding Dean of Swinburne Law School in Australia. He is an international expert in internet and intellectual property law, AI & law, and legal tech and legal innovation. He holds a PhD from Cambridge on the cognitive science of legal reasoning, as well as computer science and law degrees from Monash University, and an LLM by research from the University of Melbourne.
Alla is a principal analyst at Forrester serving security and risk professionals. Her research interests include governance, risk, and compliance (GRC); third-party risk management (TPRM); and contract lifecycle management (CLM). Alla’s current research focuses on enterprise risk management (ERM), AI risk, and risk management frameworks. She helps Forrester clients establish strategy, adopt best practices, and select technology to manage risk, improve business resilience, and add strategic value. Alla’s work has enjoyed wide exposure in the media, including The Wall Street Journal and CNBC, and she speaks frequently at risk and executive conferences.
Sarvarth Misra is the Co-founder and CEO of ContractPodAi®. He is a leading legal innovator with extensive experience in the legal technology and legal services sector. Sarvarth is responsible for ContractPodAi’s development, strategy, and growth. He has led the conceptualization, design, and development of ContractPodAi and continues to lead all innovation initiatives, new routes to market, and commercialization strategy.
Tanja Podinic is the SVP of AI Programs at ContractPodAi, where she leads AI-driven initiatives to innovate and enhance legal technology solutions. With over 15 years of legal experience, Tanja has a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in technology, data protection, and digital transformation. Before joining ContractPodAi, Tanja was the Global Legal Generative AI Lead at PwC and held key roles at Dentons, where she implemented machine learning tools across the firm and within client legal departments, whilst contributing to the design and development of various AI tools.
Sandeep is the Global LegalTech leader for PwC and a partner within PwC UK. He has over fifteen years of experience working with boards and general counsels globally, on GRC and legal function technology enablement with a particular focus on contract lifecycle management implementations and AI enabled analytics. He also leads a number of PwC alliances in this area including with Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, ContractPodAi, et al.
Manpreet plays an integral role in PwC India’s growth journey with 3 core responsibilities. He is part of PwC India’s Leadership team helping craft the vision for the future of the firm and its role in society. As Chief Client and Alliance Officer he focus on most strategic relationships—working closely with top-tier clients, promoters, and family businesses across all key sectors that form the backbone of India’s economy and its future growth engine. He also drives broader mid-market agenda, helping fast-growing businesses scale with confidence. for alliances, he brings a growth mindset to our ecosystem of partnerships—collaborating with hyperscalers,

Omar Assi is a Senior Program Manager at EchoStar, leading enterprise wide digital transformations. With 15+ years of experience in program management, product operations, and business development, he blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. Omar drives large-scale tech implementations by aligning technical and business teams, fostering adoption, and integrating process, people, and platforms to deliver lasting, measurable impact.
Amrita is VP of Legal and Procurement Technology at Cushman & Wakefield, where she partners with the legal and procurement functions to identify how and when technology can best address business challenges. She provides strategic guidance across the full lifecycle—from solution design and implementation through to post–go-live optimization. Prior to focusing on legal and procurement, Amrita led the global HR systems team at the firm, giving her a strong foundation in enterprise technology that she now brings to support legal and procurement transformation.
Tara Bennett is General Manager - International at ContractPodAi, where she leads global teams focused on building AI-powered solutions for legal and compliance teams. With over 20 years of experience in technology, she has helped businesses select, implement, and scale software that supports growth, efficiency, and better decision-making. The last five years of her career have been dedicated to GRC and legal tech, with AI and automation at the forefront. Tara has extensive experience across consulting, pre- and post-sales, and product strategy, with a strong track record of aligning technology and processes to broader business objectives. She’s led multiple enterprise transformations, helping customers reduce risk, improve insights, and navigate complex operational landscapes. Tara is focused on uniting technology, people, and processes to drive excellence and innovation.
Gabriel Buigas joined Integreon in 2021 and leads the Legal and Compliance Solutions business unit. In this role, Gabriel is responsible for driving the business unit’s global strategy including delivery, product development, and go-to-market. Gabriel brings more than 25 years’ experience in the legal industry holding both executive in-house legal roles and executive roles at a leading alternative legal services provider (ALSP). His depth of experience as both a consumer and a provider of legal services offers clients invaluable real-world insights and best practices.
Jeremy, VP of Legal Research & Development, leads ContractPodAi's strategic Leah Labs initiative. Jeremy joins us from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he served as Director of Innovation, rolling out legal solutions across the global law firm. He was instrumental in reimagining legal service delivery, having built and scaled their Newcastle service center.
Sapan Gupta is the Global General Counsel and a member of the Group Executive Committee at ArcelorMittal, one of the world’s largest steel producers. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s global legal strategy, risk management, and compliance initiatives, guiding a diverse legal team of 200 lawyers across multiple jurisdictions. He has been recognized by Chambers, IFLR 1000, The Legal 500, Asia Law 500, and The Lawyer Hot 100 (2022) for his expertise in cross-border matters.
With international experience in major financial centers such as London, Mumbai, New York, and San Francisco, Mr Gupta combines practical expertise with a strong academic background. He holds an LLB and Commerce degree from the University of Delhi, an LLM from Harvard Law School, and attended the London School of Economics as a Chevening Gurukul Scholar.
He is licensed to practice law in India and New York, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
Allison Krause is In-House Counsel at Tenstorrent, a fast-growing computing company that builds computers for AI. With over a decade of experience supporting technology companies at leading international law firms and in-house at AI companies, she specializes in technology transactions, data privacy, and intellectual property. At Tenstorrent, she supports cross-functional teams and leads the implementation of the company’s first CLM solution to drive efficiency and expedite legal review.
Deirdre Leone is the Chief Customer Officer at ContractPodAi®. Deirdre is responsible for the overarching customer experience with a focus on global customer retention and growth. She leads teams across customer success, customer support, account management, and community. Prior to joining ContractPodAi, she held senior sales roles at Thomson Reuters and Hilton Worldwide. While a member of the Thomson Reuters Legal Advisory Board, she brought her market insight and industry expertise to the Senior Leadership Team. Deirdre holds a JD from Widener University School of Law. Her areas of focus include product development, market penetration, and sales operations. Deirdre is currently based in New York City.
Anurag Malik is the President and Chief Technology Officer at ContractPodAi. For more than 20 years, Anurag has scaled products and built technology teams for both startups and multibillion corporations, across a wide range of industries. As ContractPodAi’s CTO, he is focused on building the next generation of AI-driven dominant technology platforms in the contract management space.
As VP of Enterprise Transformation, Simon acts as a strategic advisor for all things enterprise CLM. He works with our clients, our partners and our internal teams with a focus on delivery excellence and customer success.
Simon is a recognized leader in the Contract Lifecycle Management space with 12+ years experience. He has delivered over 100 CLM implementations and has a deep knowledge of the legal technology marketplace. Simon previously served as Director of Product Management at both Exari and Coupa. Most recently he was Director of Contracting Transformation Services at KPMG UK where he led the CLM consulting services and implementation teams.
Devon (McGuire) Misterman brings over a decade of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), spanning project delivery, solutions consulting, and sales. With this diverse background, she helps organizations navigate the critical early stages of CLM projects, defining CLM priorities and creating a cohesive direction across stakeholders. Devon has worked across the evolution of AI in contracting. At the outset of her career, she worked hands-on with contract data, using early-stage AI with machine learning to train custom models that addressed unique client needs across sales, procurement, and legal teams. Today, she draws on that deep understanding of how data presents in contracts to help teams identify where they can leverage generative AI to drive efficiencies and measurable business impact. Blending practical experience and big-picture perspective, Devon is dedicated to helping shape CLM solutions that deliver both immediate operational improvements and long-term business value to her clients.
As the Sr. Director of Legal Operations in Microsoft Corporation’s Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization, Tom has focused his team's portfolio on contracting, knowledge management, records, legal procurement, productivity solutions, and support services. He is responsible for guiding his team's journey to digitally transform how Microsoft delivers legal services while maintaining durable, scalable, and compliant systems and processes to support their legal department's high-volume work. Recently, he is leading Microsoft CELA’s effort to be pioneers in leveraging AI in their practice.

As Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Noelle provides strategic advice, guidance, oversight and support to our global business and operations. Noelle joined the firm in July 2023, and she leads Cushman & Wakefield’s global legal function, playing a critical role in implementing governance and risk management practices for the firm. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.
Brittlyn Ross is the Director of Legal Operations at Logic Monitor. Brittlyn is a strategic leader known for optimizing legal team performance through process improvement, technology, and cross-functional alignment. As Director of Legal Operations, she oversees core functions including intake, tooling, resource management, and reporting—driving scalable, efficient support across the business.
Niranjan Umarane is Chief Product Officer at Execo. With nearly three decades of leadership in product strategy and digital transformation, he has built and scaled SaaS platforms to global success. At Execo, Niranjan is focused on delivering GenAI powered managed services in procurement, contracting and supply chain domains. Previously, Niranjan spent over a decade at Icertis, where he was head of product organization and ran global presales. Niranjan played a pivotal role in shaping the product and its GTM efforts to deliver a category leading offering helping the company achieve unicorn status.
Katherine Van Zalen is the Vice President of Product Management at ContractPodAi, where she leverages over a decade of product leadership and technology experience to drive the development and execution of cutting-edge solutions.
